We currently have opportunities for the following positions based in Kuwait:
1) MANAGER HUMAN RESOURCES
Job Responsibilities:
•Facilitate alignment between business objectives, work culture, and HR programs
•Manage training and development programs
• Handle local, regulatory requirements
•Compile HR related statistics and reporting and other responsibilities required of HR Manager in a multinational organization
Qualification & profile
• 5+ years of HR Management experience
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, preferably in Human resources.
•Ability to interact effectively with various levels in the organization
• Fluency in Arabic and English
2) SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Job Responsibilities:
•Compliance to international accounting standards & US GAAP & corporate policies and procedures.
•Month end and year end closing as per HQ guidelines.
• Reconciliations and analysis of accounts.
• Maintain an effective internal control system and policies and procedures in place.
• Coordinate statutory and internal audits.
•Identify organizational, information systems and process issues and recommend appropriate improvements.
• Periodic reporting to managements on financial, non financial and quality indicators.
Qualification & profile:
• Qualified Accountant with 4-6 years of experience.
•Multinational work experience will be an advantage.
•Very good knowledge of word, excel and power point.
•Good analytical organization skills.
3) SALES ENGINEERS (Equipment! Service)
Job Responsibilities:
• Sale of air-conditioning equipment! Service
•Market coverage & development of customer base.
• Involvement in HVAC industry.
•Be a key team member and help to grow sales through a commitment to providing high quality, high value products and services.
Qualification & profile
• Mechanical / Electrical Engineering Degree.
• 2-3 years of experience.
• Good presentation and computer skills.
• Holding Kuwaiti Driving license.
• Fluency in Arabic will be preferred.
• Age not exceeding 30 years.
4) SERVICE TECHNICIANS
Job Responsibilities:
•To perform trouble shooting, general repair and planned preventive maintenance of Carrier HVAC equipment.
Qualification & profile:
• Diploma in Refrigeration & Air conditioning technology
• 3 years field experience in the HVAC.
•Valid Kuwaiti driving license will be required.
• Transferable residency
