‘Rotating Tower’ of Dubai: Gallery, specs and design details

The Rotating Tower of Dubai designed by Dr. David Fisher, is sure to be a spectacle for the construction industry, as its design and concept is breaking new grounds in construction industry. The project slated for completion by 2010 will have rotating floors, apartments, and villas giving its tenants a spectacular 360 degree view of Dubai city and its beaches.

  • The tower will have offices, luxury hotel, apartments and luxury villas
  • Each floor will be independent in rotation
  • With a total of 80 floors, the skyscraper will rise 420 meters
  • Apartments will be 124 sq. mts, and Villas will be staggering 1200 sq. meters
  • Villas will have car spac, and the cars would be lifted to each villa
