Airport Manager/Duty Manager (Across India ):
Candidates must be well-versed with all aspects of airport operations and services. They should be excellent communicators/ motivators and be able to effectively lead a team of professionals to achieve operational and customer service goals. A minimum of 10 years experience in the airline industry and
3 years in a similar capacity is an absolute must.
Manager – Key Accounts (Mumbai):
Candidates should have 7-10 years experience in managing Key Accounts Portfolio/Corporate Sales in a reputed corporate house. They should be target oriented and be able to negotiate corporate deals with key accounts and build relations with decision makers in the corporate circle. Equipped with a keen foresight. they should be able to analyse emerging business trends in various industry groups.
Business Development Manager (Mumbai):
Candidates will be responsible for sourcing new business for all points of sale in the Global Key Accounts Management team. They will be required to collect and document market intelligence across industry verticals and competitors. Maintaining MIS pertaining to global accounts, along with preparation of reports for review meetings and trend analysis will be an essential part of the role.
They will also be responsible for identifying potential new routes by studying corporate travel patterns and creating pricing / incentive strategies. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar capacity with strong analytical skills and an ability to logically structure quantitative data.
Quality Assurance Manager (Mumbai):
Candidates will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a quality assurance programme in accordance with industry best practices. They will assist in the publication and updation of the Operations Quality Assurance Manual. They will also be responsible for drawing out the annual audit plan and execution of the same in accordance with the scope set out in the Quality Assurance Manual. Presentation of reports to the management. examining irregularities and taking corrective measures will form an integral part of this role. Experience
of minimum 5 years in a similar capacity is an absolute must.
Emergency Planning Manager (Mumbai):
Candidates will be responsible for initiating and developing all facets of Jet Airways’ emergency response program, ensuring compliance with all national and international laws and regulations and corporate goals/ objectives. They will be expected to oversee and coordinate all aspects of the Company’s family assistance response (CARE Team) and to ensure logistics support of the GoTeam. In addition to acting as corporate liaison with DGCA regarding emergency operations, they will have to manage cross-departmental teams and act as liaison between departments to ensure Jet Airways’ emergency response preparedness and compliance. Candidates applying should have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar capacity.
Manager – Documentation Quality (Mumbai):
Candidates will be required to produce technical documentation within Flight Operations to the highest quality standards. in order to provide user-friendly and effective documentation to Flight and Cabin Crew. They will ensure the timely implementation, integration and usage of systems, document structures and procedures to provide technical support to Flight Operations and maintain reliability standards for existing manuals, amendments if required and development of specifications for document structures for new documents. They will also be required to liaise with Performance Engineering and Technical Engineering Departments for timely modifications in the manuals. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years experience in documentation management. technical writing with familiarity in the use of Desktop Publishing software.
Cabin Crew Instructor – First Class/Premiere (Mumbai):
Candidates will be required to manage First Class/Premiere training programs for cabin crew as per Jet Airways Service Delivery Standards. They will be specifically required to train cabin crew to interact with the global guest with style, grace, finesse and etiquette. They will also need to instruct and be well-versed with meal presentation, wines, cocktails and spirits service. Training in Galley Management and Situational Awareness will also be required, as well as the soft skills responsible for creating a great on-board guest experience. Candidates should have conducted prior training for cabin crew on First Class/ Premiere service, should have sound knowledge of Food and Beverages and Service Delivery Standards, experience in First Class/Premiere Service,
a minimum of 7 years flying experience and excellent communication and presentation skills.
Cabin Crew Instructor – leadership (Mumbai):
Candidates will be required to manage Leadership Development Training Programs for cabin crew. They will specifically be required to train cabin crew on what leadership is; the role and responsibility of a leader; situational leadership; coaching, counseling and mentoring; conflict management; handling difficult customers; effective communication; briefing techniques and effective report writing. Leadership qualities, a minimum of 7 years flying experience, with 3 years flying experience as On Board Leader (IE/IFS category), training experience in Cabin Crew Leadership Development Programs, soft skills, sound knowledge of Effective Leadership Principles and Management Techniques and excellent communication and presentation skills are all a must for this position.
