Operations Supervisor

You will work closely with the Operations Manager managing our processes and building a supportive environment for our teams to deliver service excellence. Experience in the Express or related industry processes is essential as is the ability to demonstrate a mature people management style and a customer centered approach.

Field Sales Executives

Candidates must have at least 1 years experience in Field Sales in the local environment with the ability to form strong customer relationships.

Credit Controller

Candidates must have a basic degree qualification: preferably with 1-2 years experience in a credit control position, ability to resolve customer queries in an accurate and timely manner, customer service orientation numerical ability and influencing and negotiation skills.

Customs Clearance Agents

Candidate must have a valid light driving license, attention to detail, and be able to work to deadlines. Previous experience in customs documentation is preferable. Spoken Arabic is an advantage.

Customer Service Agents

Candidates must have 1-2 years experience in Customer Service, the ability to handle stressful situations and multiline telephones. They must be excellent communicators, with good listening skills and a polite and helpful telephone manner.

Receptionist

Candidates must have a friendly personality and be able to welcome, customers of many nationalities as they enter the reception area.
