*Liaise effectively to the Executive Director and external contacts
*Handle Accounts of the Company ( Cash, Receivables, Payables and Inventory)
*Coordinate and organize appointments for the Sales Executives with the clients
*Coordinate with the Shipping Company for the incoming shipments of the Inventory/Supplies
*Prepare quotations thru emails to already and prospected clients
*Send letters, catalogues and pictures to the customers as per request of the Director
*Screen incoming mails and telephone calls, action responses and redirect correspondence when necessary
*Organize and coordinate travel request for the higher management and other members of the company
*Maintains confidential records and filing of reports, correspondence and related materials for ease retrieval
*Maintains and replenish stationeries and arrange servicing of office equipment to ensure the undisruptive operation of the office

1) OCEAN FREIGHT MANAGER

The ideal candidate for this rare opportunity would be from a Shipping and freight
forwarding environment, with good experience in the local and regional markets
Have both export and import knowledge and be able to demonstrate a stable career path and existing supervisory/managerial experience.

2) SALES MANAGER

•The role involves: Pricing / Quotations, Liaising with existing and possible new customers, Sales negotiation, Attending Sales meetings, dealing with any customer problems/ queries.
• Prior Sales and Shipping experience is essential for this position.

3) SALES EXECUTIVE

• Specialized in sea freight shipments and associated supply chain management solutions.
• The ideal candidate must be a pro-active, self motivated sales executive who is keen to succeed within this fast paced industry.
• Proven experience promoting ocean freight services ideally with a freight forwarder.

Qualifications

? 5 years experience in Freight forwarding and Liner Shipping Industry (Post no. 1)
? 5 years experience in Shipping, Logistics & Freight Forwarding (Post no. 2)
? 2-3 years Shipping, Logistics & Freight Forwarding Experience for (Post no. 3)
? Fluent on both verbal & written English, Arabic knowledge is an advantage
? Valid Kuwait driving license, is an advantage.

Successful candidates are subject to fixed salary and incentives with career development both in Kuwait and other GCC country
