Your ability to effectively lead, manage and motivate a team of Beauty Advisors to ensure strong sales results is a vital aspect of your role, as are your strong sales skills. You will lead by example with your professional, honest and open outlook,

Educated to degree or diploma level, preferably with a post-graduate qualification, you will also possess 3-5 years prior cosmetic or personal care experience, Part of your role will include compiling business reports, managing overall sales targets and liaising with other teams – so strong commercial acumen is an important requirement.

As the first point of customer contact, your ability to build relationships is vital, therefore outstanding communication and sales skills are essential. Genuine passion for customer service excellence, the industry and the products you are selling is an important aspect of your role, as is an enthusiastic, approachable and cheerful personality,

You will be degree / 2 year diploma educated and preferably possess previous cosmetic or personal care experience, however all Beauty Advisors will be provided with state-of-the-art training in the company and products. In addition to excellent product line knowledge and the ability to apply it effectively, you will need to be resourceful, determined and patient in order to serve customers to the highest possible standards,
