As a Travel Assistant Manager you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities

?* Arranging all international business travel & at times handling complex itineraries for business travel ?clients booking all flights, hotels, car hire etc.?
?* You will be delegated responsibility from the Manager of the department for day to day ?management and administration, in accordance with the policies of the Department and other ?statutory requirements. The Assistant Manager will deputize for the Manager in his/her absence.?
?* You will accountable to the Head of department
?* Supervision will be provided on an assessed basis dependent on experience, ability, qualification and ?workload.?
?* Maintaining personal and professional development to meet the changing demands of the job, ?participate in appropriate training activities and encourage and support staff in their development and ?training.?

The successful candidate must be able to develop relationships and maintain existing accounts, build ?strong dealings with airlines and suppliers whilst overseeing business travel reservations.?

?*Exceptional customer service & communication skills along with excellent attention to detail are ?a must
?*Strong worldwide fares experience is needed along with good geographical knowledge?
