Right on..snapped this on Gulf Road recently. Seems like this is Baby’s day out in Kuwait. Well no fret..it wasn’t a real baby, but a doll. Now someone care to explain why and what this is?!

The other day I saw the exact same doll, but it was stuck on backpacks of two guys who were driving their bicycles on the gulf road. They looked freaky

Looks to me like what I see in the states, old cars, big rims, and bandanas (the one on the baby). Maybe its a sign for somthing???
