QUALIFICATIONS:

MBA in Finance or Marketing

AGE GROUP: 35 to 40 years
* Dynamic personality with strong leadership qualities.
* Should have minimum S to 7 years experience in Real Estate field.
* Should have exceptional quality to help and motivate team members.
• Train and direct the sales team to build-selling skills and customer relationship in line with the company brand value
* Responsible for the performance and target achievements of the Team.
* Able to draw up and execute strategic and innovative sales plans.
* Must have transferable Residence, Kuwaiti Driving License and own Car.

LEASING EXECUTIVE

QUALIFICATIONS:

MBA in Marketing or Equivalent
AGE GROUP : 22to 27 years

Career minded with flair for real estate. Excellent written & oral communication, negotiations with outstanding interpersonal skills, hardworking, outgoing and able to source, view, evaluate and show Properties professionally. Must have transferable Residence, Kuwaiti driving License and own a Car. Native English speakers I Housewives with knowledge of the local areas and contacts will be preferred.
