•Diploma in instrument engineering.

•8+ years of work experience in maintenance, installation, and commissioning of fire and gas systems associated with oil fields facilities, water injection plants, ACT units or petroleum Good communication skills with an ability to organize and follow up.

•Carrying out preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance of fire and gas systems.

•Carrying out the activities related to repair, service and calibration of wide ranges and various types of pneumatic, electronics, microprocessor and PC based fire and gas systems.

•Locating faults and carrying out repair and calibration.

•Must be experienced in the execution and supervision of computer based preventive maintenance programs.

Job Title Contract Administration Engineer

CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION ENGINEER

•5-6 years of work experience in EPC project followed by 3-4 years in contract administration of integrated engineering procurement &construction projects in oil gas/petrochemical/power industrial sector.

•Bachelor of Engineering in electrical/instrumentation/ mechanical/industrial/petroleum

•Good communication skills with an ability to organize and follow up.

•To assist in administration of contracts, subcontracts and service orders till final closure.

•To review impacts, provision of contractual comment s and clarifications on client issued contracts.

•To prepare and check draft applications for contract deliverables bonds and insurance and monitor validity and contract expiry.

•To monitor execution of on-going projects for contractual conformance till final acceptance in terms of progress, schedule , quantity survey, measurements, analysis, payment terms, methods of certification, variation, changes, claims, and adjustments and to submit change order requests.

•To prepare and draft contractual letters, service orders to service provider and to amend, adjust orders and process resolution of claim submittal in coordination with project team.

•To check and process invoicing submission to client, final contract close-out account statement, disclaimer affidavits and certificate of completion.

•To check certification of invoices and support documents for payment release.

•To assist in commercial performance assessment and evaluate contracts /subcontracts claims and dispute resolutions.

•To prepare contract performance tracking and to update feedback reports.
