Another lame one from Kuwait Times..

Kuwait Times Cartoon Aug 22-08-2007

..just doesn’t make sense at all. What is it that the cartoonist wants to convey. Is it satire? Is it political? Is it everyday life? Is it scientific?

I feel its just vanilla drawing. What do you think?
