Arab Times hoaxed by Burundanga: Dizzy headlines galore

Submitted by DA on Monday, 9 March 2009No Comment

Arab Times today front-paged [print and online] a story about Burundanga drug being used in Kuwait over laced business cards. Seems they didnt cross check Google before publishing their stories of women being offered burundanga laced cards.

Strangely the first story of a woman getting laced card at a petrol station is a hoax email on various sites if you search through Google. And I wonder why the men who pass these cards around don’t faint themselves or are they wearing gas masks or is this potion gender biased!!

Hmm..someone at Arab Times has been over-zealous in publishing.
