BBC Echo Zone on Gulf Road

Off lately I have observed that every time I drive between Amiri Hospital and Applebees on Gulf Road, BBC English starts to act funny. The transmission has echo transmission, that is, I would hear two channels of BBC transmission with a time delay of few seconds. Strange stuff..
