Very touching story about a French kid in Dubai, now in hiding. He was raped [sodomized] by some locals, one of them HIV+. The authorities initially did not bother telling the family of this kid about HIV issue, rather asked them to withdraw the allegations. Read on..

Human rights abuse , shouldn’t go withouit punishment regadless who committed it.
In this case,the french goverment is backing up their citizen in the battele against rich oil state. But in many other cases. Poor labour for south east asia do not get any support.
