Visit to Kuwait Aquarium

Over the weekend we decided to visit the Kuwait Aquarium located in the Kuwait Scientific Center. One word ‘Fantabulous‘…

If you are bogged down by the heat, or over stressed with work, or would like to let off some steam…just drop by at the aquarium. Trust me the experience of watching all that amazing aquatic life in front of you frolicking in the azure blue, the beautiful garden walk inside the aquarium,or simply sitting in front of over sized fish tanks watching 6 feet sharks swim by is the perfect cure for all that stress. The ambiance is superb, architecture is cozy, and collection of marine life is lovely. An ideal hangout for children and adults alike.

Tickets cost KD 3 [adults] and KD 2 [children], but a better deal is to grab combo tickets of Aquarium+IMAX or Aquarium+IMAX+Science Center.

Rain in Kuwait

Drizzling galore, chilling winds, time 12pm, status: at work, scorching tired eyes, tissues flying off from the box to nose to trash, bad forecast for coming days, man I miss home, and a hot bowl of soup, and my bed, and my quilt.

The moon seems to be fatter…errr bigger and beautiful nowadays

In case you have missed it, the moon seems to be sexier and larger nowadays. Kinda puts it in a manga perspective [ask ZDistrict about it :)] . I think this is due to winter.

One thing I know is how NOT to get a picture of the moon in its visible dimensions. Its a rather tricky feat actually. Ask anyone who has tried it before..the moon always seems smaller in pictures. Well hopefully the moon will be the ‘brigger brighter moon of our eyes’ for more days to come…its winter…its nite…its ChillNite after all :)
