Great news for expat doctors in Ministry hospitals of Kuwait; their salaries have been given a huge boost.
Now if these doctors can actually turn more productive it would be good for all of us.
The salary increase breakdown is as below [per month]:

Asst. Registrars – KD 250
Registrars – KD 260
Sr. Registrars – KD 400
Consultants – KD [...]

So it shall be called ‘Boulevard’, yep thats the name given to latest mall / entertainment arena in Salmiya opposite the City Center Salmiya. Get the resemblance in the names…The Avenues…and now The Boulevard…
