Came home today to find the first issue of Al-Watan Daily english edition. Al-Watan dumped Daily Star Kuwait earlier in February after it got slack response from subscribers in Kuwait. Ok seems I did actually miss this notice out in DSK earlier. Just spoke to the DSK subscriptions department, and they have confirmed DSK is off the press for atleast 10 days then it will be replaced by Al-Watan Daily [english edition].

Seems Daily Star Kuwait edition has had STOP PRESS literally since last 3-4 days. The paper has disappeared from daily delivery. Only International Herald Tribune is coming through. They did publish something in one of the editions about DSK stopping altogether. Great move…should have done it long time back. Good riddance …DSK sucked big time [...]
