ISP’s in Kuwait are neck to neck in their Residential DSL offerings. KEMS is still leading the pack in the “256 Kbps - ideal for home” segment with its cheapest offering at KD 140/- per year, and FastTelco is the looser as usual with dearest pricing at KD 199/- per year. KEMS becomes the ideal choice for pricing plus addons like free wi-fi and a dialup connection. United Networks is the market breaker with its “light use” offerings that begin at KD 1/- per month for 64 Kbps. United has monthly payment option for all their segments. The catch is you have to sign a yearly contract.
