Gulf Bank rumors?!

Getting SMS’s and calls about Gulf Bank position. This came after Gulf Bank share trading was halted today at KSE…as per the rumors:
- Gulf Bank ATM machines are down
- Police in place for any emergency
- Gulf Bank has major losses on its sheets
- People are rushing to pull money out of Gulf Bank
Although the Kuwait Govt has moved in the instruments to take care of any contingency against dramatic losses in Gulf Bank, there is still a thick air of confusion with the customers. There is no update on their website so far.
Gulf Bank online banking is working fine so far…but its slow. Intra-Gulf Bank account [within Gulf Bank accounts] transfers are working fine but other local and international transfer feature is dragging down.
Any updates…?!
