As well as International calls from India to Kuwait is as cheap as 0.0425 KD per minutes. moreover there companies they provide free unlimited talking between paired numbers of three or four subscribers(same service provider) inside India. There is very high importance to re-think Oil rich Kuwait state about " monopoly" telecom companies. Becuase I think those companies strategy makers doesnot know anything about Price skimming and in turn earning a high level profit out of that, with more number of subscribers and long talk time in Telecom Industry.
