As-Salaam 3alaikum. No, it isn’t. Firstly, however, these are pictures of living beings, and it is 7araam to depict creations of Allah that have souls, i.e. animals and human beings. Secondly, this isn’t blasphemy, because these are depictions of regular people. Thirdly, they should never have depicted 3ali Radhiallaahu3anhu, for he is one of the 9a7aaba. Fourthly, the whole birthday thing is a bid3aa.
