*- University Degree holder with EXCELLENT Arabic & English.
*- Gather customer trends, needs & competitor information & disseminate within the organization.
*- Set strategic direction for Key Account Customers with National Sales Manager or Country Manager.
*- Maximize category potential for Co. & customers.
*- Develop, negotiate, implement & monitor customer specific strategies in line with brands objectives “Account Planâ€, including range development, merchandising/space, promotion, pricing.
*- Define & set up best Practices of promotion planning.
*- Ensure that in store activity generates sales.
*- Prepare & conduct regular customer business planning & review periodically cycle involving all internal service provider.
*- Prepare tailor made promotion in line with Marketing objectives.
*- Review & amend the promotion forecast ( volume & fund needed)
*- Follow up financial performance of Key Account Customer for future discussion.
Develop & keep up to date Customer Profiles.
*- Follow up payment delays.
*- Develop & manage long term customer relationships
-HR Trainee / Assistant
Years of Experience   1-5
Brief job description
*- Assist the HR Manager with the administrative requirements of all HR related matters & acting as backup support in the absence of line manager.
*- Assist in the preparation of DF with regards to manpower requirements & budgets.
*- Source candidates & schedule interviews.
*- Prepare the employment Contract as per the approved proposals & create personnel files with full documentation.
*- Assist in the induction of new comers to the organization.
*- Assist in the preparation of the monthly payroll cycle & act as back up.
*- Maintain all employees records & assist in the administration of benefits according to the employee handbook.
*- Assist in the final settlement calculation & preparation of the final declaration & separation check list.
*- Co-ordinate with PRO on all legal documentations and day to day field activities.
*- Assist in the coordination of all training administration.
*- Organize & maintain notice boards & circulate al internal communications publications.
*- Assist in all employee-relations activities.
