For our growth plans we have the following vacancies in our Real Estate Funds department:
Fund Managers / Assistant Fund Managers
The role is to establish the investment and risk management criteria for the Fund and Portfolio assigned; placement of Funds and developing relationships with investors; research on various real estate Opportunities for defined geographies; prepare the Risk / Return profile for each investment opportunity; evaluate real estate consultants, appraisers, property managers and environmental consultants.
Senior Investment Analysts / Investment Analysts
The role is to analyze and monitor real estate trends in key markets internationally across all asset classes; identity exceptional opportunities through independent research; detailed analysis of investment opportunities on a qualitative and quantitative basis; monitor exposures to property managers, asset classes, strategies and sectors to quantity risks; provide information and respond to customer requests and queries on a timely basis.
Qualification:
Candidates for the Fund Management and Analyst positions will be Graduates, preferably CFA / MBA, with relevant experience of at least 5 years in Real Estate Fund Analysis & Management. The position demands strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
Project Managers / Project Engineers
The role will include reporting the progress of construction work in each project; integrating with the Real Estate evaluation committee to provide technical support in making investment decisions; evaluate real estate vendors and consultants; conduct periodic inspection visits to the investment properties to ensure that the project is in compliance with the project plans.
Qualification:
Candidates will be Graduates in Civil or Architectural Engineering, preferably with relevant certifications, with at least 7 years of relevant experience in real estate projects.
The positions are based in Kuwait .
