You must be an outstanding leader and manager, innovative and determined to succeed, relish challenges, be educated to graduate level, speak fluent English, have multicultural exposure and at least 15 yrs of overall work experience since graduation.

USED HEAVY VEHICLES & EQUIPMENT SALES MANAGER
• Proven effective and current sales in the general field of heavy vehicles and equipment.
• Minimum 5 yrs in supervisory / management position in this field.
• Ability to demonstrate a successful track record in selling heavy construction equipment and plant / vehicles in Kuwait/the Gulf, with excellent negotiating and closing skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Arabic is essential. Spoken Farsi will be an added advantage. Good computer skill also required.
• Very good organizational and supervisory skills with experience supervising a small multinational workforce.
• Good local contacts
• Ability to study, plan, delegate, motivate and control staff is essential.
• Be proactive and self motivated.
• Holder of a Kuwaiti or GCC driving License. Heavy vehicle license is an advantage.
