In order to further our aspiration to increase our market share in the Middle East in both French fries and potato products we are looking for a bright, enthusiastic, self motivated professional who thrives on hard work and relishes challenge.
AREA SALES MANAGER
LOCATION: KUWAIT
• THE PERSON
You are a dynamic, experienced and highly successful sales I brand manager, with a proven track record with market leading branded food products. You have excellent negotiation and customer relation skills, well organized yet able to be creative in order to achieve corporate goals. Fluency in English is essential. Flexible to travel is required as the role involves an estimated travel of 30-50%; this includes customer visits, market visits, corporate offices & production plants, and trade shows. Aged between 25 - 35 years old. Having a chef background would be an advantage. This position is open to both female and male candidates.
• THE ROLE
Manage a portfolio of end-user, wholesaler and regional accounts. Preparation of unit forecasts, market penetration analysis and competitor product / positioning analysis. Preparation of annual and long-range advertising plan. Directing the product management effort in the Middle East to ensure that advertising planning, promotions and market penetration are consistent with the position of each product and with consumer needs and market potential. Creation of financial plan, managing approved budget to ensure timely execution of initiatives while staying within budget. Identification and development of new products that satisfy customer needs.
• TRAINING
A thorough induction programme will be provided that will encompass all key personnel and products. In addition, a full account introduction will take place for each country. Any other training will be provided on a needs basis.
