Proposal/Business Development Coordinator

We are seeking to recruit a talented Proposal/Business Development Coordinator who will be based in our Kuwait Office. The incumbents shall demonstrate ability to:

* Assist in preparing/reviewing expressions of interest & presentations

* Assist in preparing/reviewing technical proposals including writing of non-¬technical sections
* Assist in preparing queries to RFP documents
* Coordinate proposal materials (graphics, text, forms and sub-consultant material)
* Manage compilation/printing of proposals and other marketing materials
* Work under deadline pressure to ensure work is reviewed for timely submission
The candidates shall also retain the following qualifications:
* Engineer (preferably Civil) with min. 5-10 years experience
* Bachelor/Master Degree from reputable universities
* Prior experience in similar responsibilities with reputable multi-disciplined firms in Kuwait and/or the Gulf
* Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
* Communicate dearly and credibly
* Attentive to details
* Competency in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) is a MUST
* Working knowledge of a graphics software package
