•Management of All aspects of store operational procedures including customer service, staff planning, shrinkage, stock management, sales, administration and showroom standards

•Identifying Best selling styles, lines and designers.

•Researching & establishing Product demand

•Marketing Strategies like promotional events etc to be organized & implemented along with Retail/Operations Manager

•5-7 years Specialized Experience in multi store fashion environment.

•Excellent Leadership, commercial negotiation, people management & Presentation Skills

•Bilingual Female with Intensive Knowledge of textile/ WOMEN fashion industry.

•Arab national would be preferred

2. Sales Staff:

•Managing the customer Influx in the store

•Organizing the shelves & displays in most effective & creative styles.

•1-2 years Specialized Experience in multi store fashion environment

•Bilingual Female Candidates Preferred.

3. Tailor:

•Excellent hands-on Experience with stitching & designing garments.

•Transferable visa is must

4. Accountant:

•Maintaining the inventory & stock position of the store.

•To carryout day to day routine work which includes, Bank Reconciliation, reconciling Account Receivable and Accounts Payables.

•Feed in Data from time to time in accounting package.
