RETAIL MANAGERS

Responsibilities

-Achieve commercial objectives and budgets set by senior management.

-Set and deliver highest costumer service standards.

-Provide periodical feedback on clientele and product performance to HO teams.

-Implement action plans to increase turnover and profitability

-Store management, stock management, supplier management, petty cash, administration, key holding, Till process and procedures. etc,

-Maintain the store at highest housekeeping and quality level in terms of merchandising, health and safety, cleaning and appearance.

-Lead and develop the store team, delegating daily duties.

-Manage the recruitment, training, evaluation, motivation and development of the staff with assistance of HR.

-Work as a member of the team promoting company standards at all times.

-Will be reporting  to GM-Operations.

Qualifications.

-Minimum 5 yrs retail experience.

-Minimum bachelors degree in Management or any other equivalent qualifications.

-Strong knowledge of retail industry with micro and macro perspective and technical mastery over different aspects of sales.

-Proven ability to motivate and manage a team.

-Good analytical skills.

-Excellent communications and networking skills.

-Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
