Recruitment Consultants

We seek candidates having degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical) or its equivalent. One must have adequate experience in screening CV’s especially for technical requirements.

As a Recruitment Consultant your role is demanding and diverse, involving typical activities like:

Developing a good understanding of what client companies do and their work culture; Headhunting – Identifying and approaching suitable candidates; Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and short listing candidates; Checking references and suitability of applicants before referral to employers for interview; Arranging interviews for the right candidates with the clients; Preparing resumes and correspondences to be forwarded to clients in respect of suitable applicants; informing candidates about the results of their interviews and preparing letters of appointment.

Recruitment Coordinator

This position requires you to have an understanding of our businesses and the ability to cultivate an environment of trust and collaboration,

As a recruitment coordinator your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Ensure high quality procedures are in place, which are in line with legislative and company policy governing recruitment and selection. Build on existing systems to create HR tools including job descriptions, competency profiles and appointment letters to improve efficiency and develop uniformity across the organization and its branches worldwide,

Provide coaching and mentioning services to develop recruitment skills in addition to providing Input into the matching of potential candidates to suitable positions.

Technical Consultants

The ideal people we are looking for are seasoned engineers [civil/mechanical] that have extensive back ground in various engineering projects.

As a technical consultant your role will be as follows

Ability to provide technical consulting services to various types of clients In understanding the company’s manpower needs from a Line Manager; perspective; Discern technical requirements and guide Recruitment Consultant, of the aspects on how to properly match candidates; Screen profiles of candidates thereby providing the consultants the right person to be endorsed to the clients; provide’ inputs with respect to the job specifications posted in advertisement to create better understanding from the job seeker’s point of view.

Receptionist

We seek candidates with excellent communication skills (English), with at least 1-2 years experience in the same background. Must have knowledge of various software programs to operate a computer in an effective and efficient manner.

Answer the telephone; provides information; takes and relays message and/or directs calls to appropriate personnel; returns calls as necessary.

Responds to routine requests for information from officials, employees, members of the staff, the public or other individuals prepares and/ or generates routine correspondence , letters, memoranda, forms , reports and other documents via computer and / or typewriter.

Business Development Executive

In this position you are required to be a creative thinker; customer focused; able to build relationships, self-motivated as flexible and adaptive. Aspirants having recruitment background and GCC driver’s license will definitely hit the mark.

As a Business Development Executive, your job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Plan and direct all aspects of the organizations business development policies, objectives and initiatives; develop and execute strategic plan to optimize revenue and profit growth; Responsible for developing new market initiatives, assessing new markets and analyzing business opportunities; Conduct financial feasibility studies and develops proposals for new business opportunities; Accountable for licensing initiatives and programs; which includes negotiating contacts, initiating proposals and closing clients.

POSITION OF CHEMIST FOR BEVERAGE INDUSTRY

JOB OBJECTIVES:

1)The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the quality of carbonated drinks / fruit juices / bottle water on line are met with specific production standards.

2)Ensure testing schedule and line performance and analytical results are met with production standards.

3)Ensure quality compliance of beverage with implemented policies, standards and procedures.

4)Provide technical support and guidance to Q.C. and production in matters to quality allow production to meet establish quality targets.

5)Must be able to understand importance of food quality and safety, GMP, HACCP and also ISO procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

We would like to hear candidates with B. Sc Degree / Diploma in Chemical Engineering with minimum 2 years experience in a beverage industry.
Preference will be given to those candidates, who has experience in Line Control and assessment of carbonated drinks.
