• Creating a best in class talent management function for the company. Enhance or develop Destination talent management programs, policies and procedures.
• Assuming responsibility for design and implementation of training programs in support of DestinationRx’s business focus, with particular focus on providing systems, processes and procedures to Destination employees and partners.
• Enhancing and communicating a compensation strategy and program that significantly increases performance and retention.
• Continuous review and of current benefit programs, policies and procedures.
• Responsibility for development and oversight of HRIS system, to ensure compliance and reporting for the organization.
• Developing, reviewing, and updating position profiles including qualifications, duties, reporting relationships and key indicators as appropriate.
• Developing and executing internal communication programs conveying appropriate policies and procedures, while promoting a positive, energetic and team-oriented culture.
