• proven track record in dealing with Contracts & Tenders
•Minimum of 5 years proposal writing experience in construction, engineering and life support contracts with valid references to verify.
* Ability to develop manuals for QA / QC, Safety and IMP.
* Strong experience in project management process and preparing project schedules using MS-Projects.
* Advanced knowledge in excel, power point and other reporting tools.
* Database management knowledge preferred to keep track :of running contracts and to develop - update past performance reports
Functional area: Work will be in Kuwait , also occasion at travel to Iraq .
