ALFARAÁ CONSTRUCTION AND INDUSTRIAL GROUP

1.) SAFETY ENGINEER (Al Fara’a Gen. Contracting)

Educational Qualification: Engineering Graduate with Diploma in Safety.
Experience:

5-6 yrs in safety with construction companies of site, camps etc. He should be able to review specification of products and must be able to update himself by researching current regulations for safety testing on each different type of products or items as per UAE regulations.

2.) PURCHASE ENGINEER (Al Fara’a Gen. Contracting)

Educational Qualification:
Graduate / Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience:

5-6 yrs experience in purchase department as an executive / coordinator. He should understand the procurement and project execution and processes to successfully delivery of materials. Should be able to function as coordinator for multiple projects and should be able to handle materials related issues and must be able to handle it effectively.

3.) ALUMINUM DRAFTSMAN (Belgium Aluminum & Glass)

Educational Qualification:
Diploma /ITI with Civil / Mechanical Engineering.
Experience:
Experience 3-5 yrs experience in Aluminum & Glazing system. Must have hands on experience in AutoCAD 2000. Must be able to prepare details of fabrication, installation, drawings, connection details & cutting list etc. He should be able to prepare quantity take off reports.

4.) ESTIMATION ENGINEER
(Belgium Aluminum & Glass)

Educational Qualification:
Graduate / Diploma with Civil/Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

5 – 8 yrs. Experience of estimation in Aluminum & Glazing Industry. Should have experience working with Estimation Software and must be able to prepare & verify B.O.Q. ’s. should possess knowledge of variations/ addendums, interims & claims etc,

5.) TECHNICAL MANAGER
(Belgium Aluminum & Glass)

Educational Qualification:

Engineer Graduate / Post Graduate.

Experience:

15 – 20 yrs. Experience of estimation in Aluminum & Glazing Industry. Must have prior experience in managing, a team of engineers and technicians at managing level. To liaison with production department, project managers and external customers offering technical advice to architects and contractors. He should be able to provide technical direction for the development, design and system integration for client engagement from definition phase, approvals till completion.

6.) PRODUCTION MANAGER (Belgium Aluminum & Glass)

Educational Qualification:
Engineering Graduate / Post Graduate.

Experience:

10 – 15 yrs in Aluminum & Glazing industry. He should possess good knowledge of CNC machines and utilized curtain wall systems. He should be able a good planner and must be able to implement strategies. Must be a Team Leader and should be able to drive the team towards achieving the vision.

7.) MIS TECHNICAL COORDINATOR (Unibeton Ready Mix)

Educational Qualification:
Engineering Graduate / Post Graduate.

Experience:

5-10 yrs experience in a ready mix company should be able to prepare MIS reports on monthly, weekly & daily basis. Should be able to prepare reports on monthly, weekly & daily basis. Should be able to prepare reports on materials, stock. Must have knowledge of workshop documentation, batching plant, cal liberation and utilization of vehicles.

8.) SR. MECHANICAL ENGINEER (Unibeton Ready Mix)

Educational Qualification:
Engineering Graduate / Post Graduate.

Experience:

10 yrs in maintenance in automobile. Must have worked as a workshop manager for atleast 3 yrs. Should be able to provide information related to purchase, quality of repairs and maintenance, analysis performance of workshop & plant and proper utilization of manpower and machinery.
