Architectural Sales Representative

We currently seek an Architectural Sales Representative who will be responsible for identifying and presenting SICIS to; Architects, Designers and Builders in the market, and in the interim developing strong relationships and generating project sales.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and coordinating presentations and proposals, designing sales programs to meet the company’s objectives of growth and profitability while communicating market trends; updating firms’ libraries with SICIS product offerings.

Candidate must have at least two to three years sales experience in the high end building products industry.

Key Objectives of Incumbent.

Work on systems and processes in coordination with the Group’s Information Technology Division, to maximize automated data updations between Business systems and the Central Financial Accounting package;

Work with Central and .Divisional Finance and Accounts terms to improve and upgrade MIS reports so as to make them more relevant and meaningful to Management.

Prepare the framework for a much more detailed and elaborate. Budgeting and monitoring system, whereby the monitoring of numbers are made relevant to the business environment, and against the best market and global standards and benchmarks;

Qualifications and Work experience expected.

Applicants must be Chartered Accountants / CPAs with a minimum of 12-15 years post qualification hands on experience in managing Accounts, MIS and Financial Analysis. Exposure to SAP, Oracle and IFRS will be an added advantage. The incumbent is expected to be internet savvy, and must have commercial acumen.

The position will entail Basic Salary, House Rent Reimbursement, year end performance Bonus, and Company provided and maintained car.

Preference would be given to qualified Kuwaiti Nationals.
