**8-10 years experience in strategic planning at a mana**gerial or supervisory level.
**Experience in strategic planning role in real estate or investment sector is desirable.
** Proficient in accounting / financial standards and practices.
**Excellent command of English and working knowledge in Arabic is desirable.
**Excellent working knowledge of MS – Office Suite specifically MS-Excel I ERP Software / Planning Software (such as Hyperion or equivalent)
