A leading commercial enterprise requires the following

1. Executive Secretary
Years of Experience    1-5

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the hotel division management team
- Establish a file structure and directory to most efficiently archive our reporting files and allow accessibility of
other users
- Manage correspondence, arranging and monitor all courier use and shipping records
- Office maintenance (supplies, organisation, etc.)
- General offices duties and administration including dealing with incoming mail, calls and stationeries
- Track correspondence and internal communications within the organization
- Follow up, remote office support & assistance for members of the Company
- Any other task as reasonable by a member of the management team
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- At least 5 years experience as Exec Secretary to GM or CEO. Hospitality experience a plus.
- Fluent in English. Arabic a plus
- Excellent knowledge of MSOffice and Excel
- Ability to plan and organize, using a logical and systematic approach to get things done
- Sorting and categorizing all incoming information and getting it to the appropriate person in timely manner
- Able to work on own initiative and make decisions
- Good attention to detail
- Strong team player
- Self motivated, enthusiastic and keen to enhance personal performance
- Ability to respond quickly and positively to changing requirements and business needs
- Takes accountability to resolve issues and takes decisions
- Ability to work under pressure and work to deadlines
- Time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Must be reliable and resourceful
- Willing to seize opportunities to learn new skills

2. Counter Staff (Ticketing)
Years of Experience    1-5

Have to sell tickets. Candidate will answer and return client phone calls, emails and faxes. Have the ability to deal with different airline/airfare contracts and pricing. Ticketing of PNRs making sure to follow company policy for tickets, exchanges, refunds, etc.

Skills Required:
• In-depth knowledge of International Rate Calculations and Galileo Reservation
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills a must
• Experience using MS Office and Lotus Notes preferred.
• Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment with proven teamwork and collaboration skills
• Proven ability to stay focused, detail oriented, analytical, have excellent planning and organization skills
• Travel Industry Knowledge required.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/overnight shifts is essential.
- Very Good English & Arabic
