Executive Secretary / PA to General Manager - Bilingual
TOP NOTCH PA Responsible for providing efficient support to the management, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Executive Office. Responsible for filing systems, correspondence, office management, administration, follow ups and remote office support. You will manage the General Manager’s office.
Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills with previous experience as Executive Secretary to senior/top management. Fluency in English - Arabic (written/spoken) with strong ability to, work under pressure a must. Formally attired at all times being with upmost / friendly /warm but FIRM and professional attitude.

Director of Finance
Responsible for the overall accounting and financial requirements, analysis and interpretation of financial data, real estate evaluations, business plans and investment appraisals, funding and– financing, financial controls, management reporting, cash management, project accounting, contracts and other legal matters.
ACAI ACCA, CPA or CA or international equivalent with track record of progressively” challenging and increasing responsibilities within the finance function of a large real estate firm or consulting field with large international companies. Strong intellectual capacity and leadership ability with capability to work under pressure to achieve objectives. Technical Director
Responsible for planning” managing and coordinating a wide variety of construction projects, and coordination with project parties, supervising projects, resolving construction, issues providing guidance and support ensuring the projects are completed on time and budget. Certified PMCS with 10 years or more progressive experience in construction management, . with an extensive understanding of hotels. Proven track record in a large project management firm is a must. Strong leadership skills and ability to cope with challenges tit. resolve issues and manage the project team/managers and completion of the project/s.

Business and development analyst
Responsible to conduct analyze and document market research, create financial models, conduct financial and feasibility analysis, preparation of reports, investment appraisals and provide recommendations for future developments and investments.
Degree level or MBA graduate with an emphasis on real estate, finance, business development or economics. Highly developed analytical skills and knowledge of excel is a must with strong ability to work under high pressure situations. At least 2 years experience in the field of consulting or real estate.
