Educational Qualification :
• Bachelor degree in accounting or engineering.
• 7 yrs as industry related experience such logistics, manufacturing, or construction.
• 3 yrs must be in auditing.
• Qualified in identifying and assess key business processes, risk and controls.
• Ability to participate in auditing internal projects.
• Knowledgeable in using TQCM computer systems.
• Fluent English & Arabic is a must. Read, Write & Speak.

• Proven track record in dealing with US Army, USACE and UN tenders.
• Minimum of 5 yrs proposal writing experience in construction, engineering and life support contracts with valid references to verify.
• Full understanding of FAR, TB MED 530, ASTM and OSHA standards.
• Ability to develop manuals for QA/QC, safety and IMAP.
