STOCK CONTROLLER
You will assist Purchase Manager in procuring the stocks/ merchandise required for wholesale division(s) by analyzing sales report, reviewing stock levels, identifying items to be procured, preparing purchase orders and coordinating activities on behalf of the Purchase Manager. He/ she will also alert Purchase Manager of any impending stock outs and slow/ nonmoving items and recommend remedial action to the Purchase Manager. You will also be handling routine correspondence with vendors and follow up regarding purchase orders, deliveries and shipments.
You have to be a Graduate with 2-3 years’ relevant experience. Strong communication skills in both written & spoken English, ability to multitask assignments, arithmetical & analytical skills etc. are also very much essential in addition to familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications.

Assistant Manager-Corporate Sales
Reporting to the Sales Manager and working in tandem with the Corporate Sales Administrator, the Assistant Sales Manager would be directly responsible for selling AI Mulla Exchange’s special corporate services to new and existing clients and providing world-class customer service in support of team revenue goals.
Experience & Skills Required
• Minimum 5 years experience in Corporate Sales, not necessarily in Exchange.
• Ability to handle a team of corporate sales executives .
• Good bilingual (Arabic and English) communication skills.
•Solid commitment to sales and customer service with good interpersonal skills, initiative and follow-through.
• Good computer skills including solid knowledge of spreadsheets
(MS Excel), word processing (MS Word).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills .
• Article 18 candidates preferred with Valid Kuwait Driving License
