Job profile includes managing and motivating the Mall Managers to attain the highest level of efficiency in the day-to-day management of Molls. The incumbent would have managed a mixed used projects consisting of Shopping Center, Apartments and Offices etc. He should have the ability to clearly define the responsibilities and their consequential benefits of each Head representing the areas of functions. The person selected will have very clear vision to adopt required measures and strategies to judge the direction the Mall should be taken to in order to succeed in maximizing the customer traffic against the stiff competition the Moll will face from time to time. He / She will also be involved in the development of new projects.

Qualification:

A qualified Engineer with a Management Degree from an institute of repute with at least 5 years of experience in a Senior Management level in a Multinational Company preferably in the Shopping Center / Service industry.

An MBA or degree in Marketing with emphasis on Retail and Shopping Molls from a recognized institute. A Minimum of 3 to 4 years experience of managing large shopping centre with complete knowledge of all aspects such as Lease Administration, Tenants mix, marketing, promotion, event coordination, and facility management.

Leasing Managers: LM/L1/008

A Graduate preferably an MBA with strong negotiations skills and a minimum experience of 3 years in similar position. The job entails managing all the functions of the leasing Deportment, market and leases all the units creating on improved tenant mix through planning and imp1ementation of effective marketing strategies I programs and develops opportunities to maximize rental revenue. The applicant will also be responsible for budgets, compile market intelligence surveys and prepare progress reports on the status of leasing activities.
