Reporting to the General Manager - W /H, POI & Delivery, the candidate will be responsible for planning and organizing the preparation of customers cars through cleaning and washing, mechanical, final inspections and delivery procedures. Manages warranty process and arranges claims with the Principals. Interfacing with Sales Management and Delivery Centre staff to ensure that customer concerns and needs are being satisfied in providing error free cars. To ensure the site operations fulfill all security, health and safety requirements.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualification and experience:
* Must be qualified Automotive or Mechanical Engineer .
* Minimum of 10 - 15 years of experience with Japanese or European cars and having knowledge of pre-delivery and quality procedures. Must be experienced in basic body repairs - scratches.
* Must have excellent command of English - spoken & written. Arabic preferred, reading, writing and communicating.
