Learning foreign language(s) in Kuwait

Can someone recommend tutors and/or institutions with whom/where one can learn foreign language(s) in Kuwait? This is not for school students but for adults / professionals.
Some of the languages interested in:
- French
- German
- Italian
- Japanese
- Chinese

I had imagined Russian, Hindi and Chinese to be right there on top. For Hindi lessons I guess, Mr. Ali Behbehani should be the perfect mentor.
