NBK Walkathon March 22, 2008 Track Map

NBK Walkathon is on March 22nd. Registrations are taking place at NBK tent near Scientific Center on Gulf Road up to March 21st. Registrations will be done from 9am till 1pm and from 4pm till 9.30 pm everyday.

The walkathon is open to all ages and gender. Though the distance and starting points and starting times will differ for men, women and children.

    Who does this benefit? By that I mean usually there is a Sponsor - like NBK - and then there is a fee, and a recipient - a charity. Is there a charity? Is there a fee?

    Last year there was no fee, and the whole intention behind it was public health promotion. This year the theme is to encourage people to quit smoking.

    Although I agree on the part that there should be a fee given to a charity.
