New telephone numbering plan details for Kuwait

Well this is no news for us that the telephone numbers are getting an extra number in the beginning, but there has been some confusion about some series. Attached is the complete list of telephone number changes in Kuwait, in both Arabic and English. [The file is in Acrobat format]

    I finally did my phone last night, thanks to all the pushes from the blog-world. It wasn’t that hard, and it also gave me a chance to delete all those people who have moved away or are no longer relevant, etc. I was surprised how easy it was. Thanks for the list, great information.
