Time for a new DSL connection

My United Networks trial connection has expired, and now its time to hunt for a new DSL connection. QualityNets’ new double bandwidth at lowered price seems an excellent option. But a change of provider would require me to sort out atleast 3 new forms from jumper removal to MOC clearance. And then there is a waiting period of atleast one week before the connection is setup. So I am hovering between QualityNet and United Networks. Time to make a decision during this weekend.
