Pay traffic violations online with KNET

Updates: Lot of people are reporting slowness or un-availability of this service. Seems traffic problems 
If you live in Kuwait and want to check your traffic violations, visit the Ministry of Interior website. You can now pay your traffic citations online with KNET co-branded bank cards. The site seems to work with Internet Explorer only. You will need atleast your Civil ID number to check for citations.

if im outside the country on a vacation and i wanna pay the violations throough the net with k-net does it work? cuz evertime i try it doesnt work
