Here is how to crack CS3 and get rid of the trial period:
1) Complete the installation as usual
2) Go to \Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS3\AMT
3) Rename the file called application.sif to something else, like application.six
4) Have fun

If P-CS3 stops after January 1 2007, you have two options
1. Re-install PS3 & follow the steps above again
OR
2. Rename application.six [you may have renamed it to something else] file to application.sif
3. Start P-CS3, and you will be greeted with dud screen
4. Close P-CS3
5. Follow the original steps at the beginning of this post

another BAD way, is to change the system clock to exampel 3 jan 2006, that will work, but the dates will be skrewed upp in the computer
B San U havent read the wounderful way - that is statede above. there is stands hao to do it after the clock had gone over to 2007.

Thank you very much! I’ve been trying to find out how to do this for hour’s. I ran across another website that told me to delete that file instead of renaming it and it just gave me an error message and photoshop wouldn’t work anymore but luckily i had the file in my recycle bin still. Well anyway’s thank’s for the help.

In my case, I can only find BACKUPapplication.sif. Still rename it to application.sif and launch. Quit and rename it back to application.six works.

‘application.sif’ fix died after 30 days.renamed file to original, opened ps3, checked ‘30 day trial’ box and closed ps3. renamed ‘application.sif’ again. working.

It doesn’t work for me, it says I have have to reinstall it.
This crack no longer seems to work - it’ll just say you can’t use this application at this time, and ask you to reinstall. If you change the filename back, you will have access to the remainder of your trial.

When I re-install CS3 it ask me to download a e-license and when I click “download later” it says that the product license has expired and shuts the program down…

The patch probably won’t work, but if you set your system date (double click the clock thingy) to something in May or before, you can start up photoshop and then change it back :). Inconvenient, but it works.
Or delete the file C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\FLEXnet\adobe_00080000_tsf.data and start Photoshop for a new go at a 30 days trial period.

as of now, resetting time back to june works best.
I got it working to the point of the activation screen in photoshop by deleting the “C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\FLEXnet\adobe_00080000_tsf.data” file
you gotta be kidding me, all the hackers ect now uh days and no one can get a program running without a trial version! im not understanding why this isnt working.

Any one can help? I can’t seem to use CS3. After installing, I tried to selet the trial verion 30 days option bt the rror says: A problem was encountered while trying to load the trial period for Adobe CS3. Click quit to restart your computer or reinstaling the software fixes the problem. Otherwise, click continue to dsplay a screen to enter valid serial number to being using product without trial.
I’ve tried reinstalling 3 times.. repairing.. changing the application.sif to .six and back, changing my computer date to 2006 but it still doesn’t work at all.
I’m running on Win vista home premium 2 GB memory,nvida Geforce 8400G graphic card. System requirement far exceeds that required I believe.
I installed and erase few times cs3, including deep cleaning with WinCS3Clean, but none of the hints mentioned here, did not help.
Please post here a new way, if you are able to find some.

Open adobe/amt/application.xml, open it with notepad…..find the registration date…then reset your computers date to that date. works everytime.
umm i tried to do this but even when i sear for it there is no application.sif in my computer for some reason
i got the cs3 master suite to work with serial and activation code
the only problem i’m having is that if flexnet licensing “phones home” and i get photoshop to work doesn’t that mean that adobe knows your using a bootleg version of their software. or having a keygen and activation code gets rid of all that problem? i got the master suite to work but i’m trying to figure out how to disable flexnet without having problem starting out pscs3 but no luck i have to enable flexnet everytime. just worried about this.

I read every post here and the only one that really works is the one Tizzle B did i just did it , just changed the date in my computer to 2006 and worked….. Riana when you see this \Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS3\AMT obviusly is in C: unless you have 2 discs on your pc lol, remember where you install your progs cmon not just click YES/OK imao……. This works to this date:
1.deny Adobe from connecting to internet(including Updater, Photoshop, Activation licensing, …)
2.Delete this C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\FLEXnet\adobe_00080000_tsf.data
3.Run Photoshop CS3, and Use a new Serial created with ZWT kegen and Activate with Telephone.
4.Adobe cannot connect to internet to register, so Click NEVER REGISTER.
5.finished.

seems to be working for me. Just download it and select ps.exe to run at a specified date within the trial period. You will need a working trial copy to get this going. It essentially works like setting the pc clock back, but you don’t have to keep rolling your clock /date. All the other cracks/patches seem to have been worked out of the program, and the keygens are all having pretty serious virus issues from what I see on the boards.
Why don’t you guys just go online and find a version called Photoshop CS3 Lite, which is a single .exe that installs Photoshop automatically without any keygen or anything. I use it and I am able to use additional brushes, effect, etc., no problem. It’s not an official Adobe release, but a cr@cked version that is stripped down to be only around 50mb in size (like 1/10th the size of the original, but with full functionality). But I thought you guys aren’t worried about it not being an offical release since you’re trying all this stuff to bypass buying it
