SAFAT: Is this blogging or news leeching?

Submitted by DA on Saturday, 18 August 20079 Comments

I have recently observed blog entries on Safat from particular source, which I guess everyone would recognize, that I consider are more of newsfeed leeching rather than blogging. Even I take interesting news articles from time to time, and post them on ChillNite, but flooding aggregators with newsfeeds non-stop is totally different. It does feel a bit annoying when you have around 10-15 posts [supposedly] per day which contribute nothing to the topic of Kuwait. I believe there should be some warning flags raised by Safat. What do you think?

p.s. I dont mean to offend anyones preferences for blogging, so take this a bit sportingly

Safat wasnt like this a year or so b4….most the entries were unique posts u wouldnt get bored reading even if they were about a random persons life….now its either a copy paste from somewhere else or someone complaining complaining.

A while back i used post at the end of the week and linked all the top posts of the week….id end up with such an ecclectic mix….now i try really hard to bookmark something for the end of the week….but NOTHINGS there!

It’s getting a little ridiculous yes. I just skip past them, but they honestly should be removed from the aggregator.
