SAMCO [dont ask me who, havent got a clue] members had a car rally in full swing on 5th Ring Road today afternoon. All the cars were donning Kuwait and US flags, each car was tagged with serial numbers, and the entire lot was well organized. The rally was escorted was police cars and there was media presence too. Anyone knows what this was all about?
