Sheraton roundabout driving chaos

In every drivers manual, we have something called ‘Right-of-Way’. Understanding right of way is the key to negotiating round-abouts. Everyday I come across drivers who would rather smash into a car coming from the parallel lane, or blare horns just to tell others they have the right-of-way, where as they are the ones who cut through wrong lanes.
This is a familiar site at the Sheraton roundabout. The reason being, this is not exactly a round-roundabout, but an elliptical-roundabout. Look at the driving directions below to negotiate the Sheraton roundabout. There are three lanes and changing lanes, at correct point [see green lines], for appropriate right turns is no rocket science. Most of the drivers tend to turn 90 degrees right-turn when they are just at the mouth of the right-turn. [see red lines]. They are basically cutting two lanes of traffic. This causes traffic jams, unnecessary stoppage, blaring horns, and not-so friendly frowns and hand gestures from other drivers.
Best strategy to tackle this round about, switch lanes at appropriate point [see green lines], be relaxed and drive. If you miss the exit, it only takes couple of minutes to take a full turn and be back at your exit.
