Somewhere a wake-up call has been answered, as MOC is planning to slash the Interenational calling rates by upto 50%. The call rates to Egypt, Syria, Lebanon, India, Pakistan and Bangladesh are being cut by 50 percent and they will cost 150 fils per minute while those to Sri Lanka, Indonesia and Philippines are being cut by a similar margin and will cost 170 fils per minute effective November 23, 2008.
Still these rates are over 400% higher than what one would pay through internet-calls and/or illegal calling services rampant in Kuwait. I believe MOC should have brought down the rates to atleast 50-75 fils per minute, if they want to curb the Internet / illegal calls.

i think viva is the best for right now.
